PLEASE NOTE: These sessions require you to pick up your camper from camp at the end of the session. We do not drop off in Minneapolis or Duluth. We will pick up in Minneapolis and Duluth at the start of the session. 

For first year campers, ages 7-14 or grades 2-8.

Payment Methods

We accept personal checks and all major credit cards except AMEX. If you choose to be "auto-billed" on your tuition due dates, we take the liberty of charging your card for you. Otherwise, you may process an online payment yourself by logging into your account or by sending a check to our office.


Payments made by credit/debit cards incur a 3% processing fee, and payments made by ACH incur a 1% processing fee. Paying by check does not incur any processing fees so feel free to take advantage of that option!


Cancellation Policy

Tuition payment is fully refundable if enrollment is cancelled by written notice to Birchwood Wilderness Camp, for any reason, on or before May 1st. After May 1st, any tuition payment made to BWC is NON-REFUNDABLE.

 BWC Force Majeure Cancellation Tuition Non-Refundability Policy. On rare occasions, BWC may be required to fully or partially cancel scheduled enrollment and programming due to weather, fire, smoke, air quality, natural disasters, environmental conditions, pandemics, any government-issued evacuation notice or advisory, at any stage including but not limited to 'Ready,' 'Set,' or 'Go, or any other unforeseen acts of god which make BWC operations unsafe, impossible, or illegal. 

If BWC is required to cancel all or part of your camper's scheduled enrollment and programming any time after May 1st due to the occurrence of an event described above in this paragraph, THE TUITION PAYMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. 

For this reason, we strongly recommend camper trip insurance. Upon enrollment, you will be given the information for our trip insurance organization to purchase a plan for your camper's session.

All-Inclusive Rate

Tuition is all inclusive with the exception of travel expenses (airfare, baggage fees, unaccompanied minor fees, bus fees, etc) and any camp store purchases (candy bars, T-shirts, stickers, etc).
